We now stock Safe4 disinfectant products which are recommended as the safest and best way to clean our products. These disinfectant products are DEFRA approved for diseases of Poultry Order and Avian Influenza & General orders. Animals can safely come into contact with the disinfectant and no products contain harmful Phenols, Aldehydes or Alcohol. Safe4 wipes are perfect for regularly cleaning all our products including travel boxes.
For daily use a recommended concentration is 1:100 ratio with water. For confirmed outbreaks or in areas of deep concern the concentrate should be used at 1:50 or 1:10 depending on the disease.

Our braided equipment is made from a combination of Dacron and Polyamide. Please do not use any sort of grease on our braided equipment as you would with leather. If these products start to become stiff or rigid they can be soaked in warm water with washing up liquid - or tied inside a thin sock and put into the washing machine.
